We verify business establishment date, review portfolios of completed projects, confirm long-term client relationships, and assess standing in LA County construction.
Proper Licensing & Insurance

Proper licensing protects you legally. Insurance protects you financially if something goes wrong. Both are non-negotiable for every firm we co-own.
We confirm an active California contractor’s license, general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and bonding where applicable.
Fair & Transparent Pricing
You deserve fair market pricing — not the highest bidder or the cheapest corner-cutter. Because we co-own the firm, there is no middleman and no markup added to your bill.
