We are not a lead broker, a referral directory, or a concierge service that hands you off to third-party contractors — you reach the owners and the self-performing crews who do the work, with no middleman and no markup on your estimate.
Who We Actually Are
Most companies that help you find a builder are a layer between you and the work — a referral desk that hands your project to whoever paid for the spot, then steps away. We built the opposite.
We are co-owners of licensed, owner-operated building firms across LA County. When you work with us, you are not introduced to a stranger and left to fend for yourself.
